Training Session

This intensive program offers a dynamic and highly effective workout. It is designed to provide individuals who require or desire a more personalized instructional approach.

Sessions last for 45 minutes at cost of $50 for one to one training, and are set at $45 per person when sessions include two people.   Sessions are offered in blocks of 8.    Ages:   Youth – Adult
